My work is not just about helping you get another job. There are plenty of other resources that can help you do that. My work is about connecting you with more meaningful and fulfilling work.
For me, and for most of the clients I’ve worked with over the last decade, self fulfilment is a measure of happiness, but happiness itself is a very difficult state to measure. It can be a fleeting moment or an overall feeling of wellbeing. Self fulfilment is not the only answer to happiness, but I believe that once you’re feeling deeply fulfilled at work, you’re so much closer to lasting life happiness.
Self fulfilment comes from deep within. To break it down; it represents self confidence, self worth and faith in yourself and your abilities. Many people find this through the development of a spiritual practice, or simply through a deep sense of knowing and acceptance of themselves.
My own sense of self fulfilment came through a combination of finding the right work and a spiritual practice that worked for me. If you feel you are missing self fulfilment in your work or your life then I can help you find it again.
You may like to ponder these questions for more clarity:
- How would I know I was fulfilled at work?
- What needs to happen for me to feel more deeply satisfied at work?
- What else would change if I were fulfilled at work?
If your work isn’t providing you with a deep sense of fulfilment, I’d love to discuss how I could help.
