Whatever you feel about the Olympics, one thing it does represent is hope, and that is something we could all do with a healthy dose of.
Why is hope so important? Hope is a tipping point. On one side lies negativity and on the other, positivity. Once we access hope, we have tipped the scales in favour of positivity.
Without hope we flounder in a pool of negative thinking such as despair and anger to plain old boredom. When we reach hope, our thoughts turn to possibilities and possibility is about inviting new opportunity and fresh challenges into our lives. Possibilities are ideas that are perculating and brewing something potentially delicious. Once we push on the doorway of hope expansion, freedom, joy, love and success are just a heartbeat away.
So, as we head into this Olympic experience, which side of the scales are you? Are you feeling as our athletes will undoubtedly be feeling right now, and tipping the balance in favour of hope, engagement and challenge?
Or if you feel like you need a nudge towards hope then I’d be happy to help you do just that in a 121 coaching programme designed specifically for you. Contact me for a free telephone consultation.
If you prefer the idea of a group experience, I’m delivering a workshop called Do You Need A Gentle Kickstart? on Sat 29th Sept between 10am – 12.30pm at Leighton Buzzard Golf Club. You will join a small friendly group and be introduced to some fun, powerful and practical ways to enjoy a more fulfilling life. Together with the combined expertise of two other professional practitioners in Emotional Freedom Technique and Reiki (energy healing) our intention is that you will come away feeling more energised, confident and motivated. £60 including refreshments and all materials (£50 if you book by 1st Sept 12).
